Evo ve? 10 godina Hrvatska stru?na udruga za Sun?evu energiju djeluje, radi i pridonosi rjeavanju brojnih problema i administrativnih barijera glede koritenja Sun?eve energije u Republici Hrvatskoj ?iji je udio, na alost, u ukupnoj potronji energije jo uvijek neznatan. Hrvatska, iako ima neusporedivo bolje preduvjete u pogledu Sun?eva zra?enja, se nalazi na samom dnu Europe po instaliranim sustavima za koritenje Sun?eve energije. Stoga se moe re?i da u Hrvatskoj nije iskoritena komparativna prednost u pogledu uporabe solarnih tehnologija. U ovom jubilarnom 20. broju ?asopisa SOLARNA TEHNOLOGIJA dajemo kratki kronoloki pregled svih dosadanjih tiskanih 19. brojeva. U skoro svim dosadanjim brojevima ?asopisa Solarna tehnologija upozoravali smo na probleme glede priklju?ka malih fotonaponskih sustava na postoje?u elektrodistribucijsku mreu, ali nismo nali sluha kod nadlenog Ministarstva. Odrati se ?itavih 10 godina na uzburkanim energetskim valovima hrvatske stvarnosti doista nije nimalo bilo lagano, osobito ako se uzme u obzir da u startu krtitiziramo svaku potenu inicijativu i ideju. Hvala Bogu, HSUSE je prepoznat kao nevladina, nepoliti?na i neprofitna udruga koja se od svog prvog dana djelovanja bavi promicanjem Sun?eve energije u svim segmentima drutva, na lokalnoj, regionalnoj i globalnoj razini. Najvaniji projket Udruge je pokrenut 2008. godine pod nazivom Solarizacija Hrvatske kojim se eli posti?i ugradnja 1 m2 po glavi stanovnika solarnih toplinskih kolektora za grijanje i pripremu potrone tople vode kao i ugradnja 1 m2 solarnih ?elija po glavi stanovnika u dobivanju elektri?ne energije. Me?utim ako elimo Solarizaciju Hrvatske, nju nije mogu?e ostvariti samo dijelom poticaja, ve? se ostatak sredstava za investiciju mora dobiti povoljnim tzv. Zelenim kreditima, ?ija kamata ne bi smjela pre?i 3 do 4%. Projektom Solarizacija Republike Hrvatske, Hrvatska bi postala u 21. stolje?u ekoloki ?ista i prepoznatljiva zemlja, manje ovisna o uvozu energije, drutveno bogatija i gospodarski razvijenija, te tako integrirana u Europu i svijet.
